How to Make DIY Tissue Paper Pom Poms
What you need:
- Tissue paper
- Scissors
- Fishing line or clear thread
Let's get started!
Step 1. Cut. Cut. Cut.
Lay out your tissue paper and cut it in half. The tissue paper should be 16 x 20 inches.
Step. Fold.
Fold the tissue paper accordion style and press it once done.
Cut a circular shape on both ends.
Step 3. Tie.
Put the tissue paper together and use the fishing line to tie the paper in the middle. Make sure to tie it tightly.
Step 4. Pom-poms!
Gently open the tied tissue paper.
Open the layers and squeeze the sheets to add texture to the pom pom.
