  • 2 – large boxes (5.1 oz) instant pudding mix (light colored)

  • 8 oz R.W. Knudsen pineapple coconut juice

These were made with La Lechera Sweetened Condensed Milk, which is basically the only milk champions drink. These popsicles are easy to make and offer an incomparable rich and creamy texture. (If you want more lechera in your life, I highly recommend drizzling this delicious cream over plantains sauteed in butter.)


  • 2 cups of milk (1% or 2%)
  • 1 can of regular La Lechera condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice (or lime juice)
  • a little bit of lemon pulp
