New Year's Eve Sparkling Champagne Cocktail Recipes

Let's face it, New Year's Eve is just not complete without champagne and clinking glasses. Champagne has always been on my New Year's Eve menu, but to make it a bit fancier, I like to mix it up with some sparkling spirit, too! Plain bubbly is perfectly fine, but if you're looking to spice up the contents of your flutes, I've got three delectable “kicked up” alternatives! Great for impressing friends or sharing over an intimate dinner for two.

How to make:

  1. Use the orange wedge to rim the glass. Create a sugar-rimmed glass by dipping your cocktail glass into a plate of sugar.
  2. Get an orange wedge and squeeze it into a glass of cranberry juice. Top off with some champagne and a twist of the orange flavor. Cheers!

3. Blackberry Rosemary Champagne
