DIY Pool Noodle Candlelights
With a few strategic cuts you can turn those old pool noodles into some ultra chic candle lights for your poolside or backyard soiree. This idea came from createcraftlove and melissaandmimosas, they did a fantastic job with this cool craft and we wanted to give it a try too. Normally I would share with you the few of the steps to get you started with this project, then share the link for the full tutorial.
However since this one is so short an easy I'll post the full tutorial here and leave a few links anyway where you can check out other ways to make these easy tea light using pool noodles.
Materials Needed
- Pool noodles ( various colors)
- LED tea lights
- Scissors or Knife
Once you have all your supplies on hand, use your scissor or knife to cut small rings out of the noodles. You can decide how thick or how thin you want them, depending on the size of your tea lights. Just make sure that are think enough to fully cover the lights.
Once you've cut equal amounts of pool noodles to the amount of tea lights you have, just push the lights into the center of each noodle piece, and voila your done!
That was easy right? This craft idea is perfect for dinner parties, or pool parties, especially if you're working with a color scheme or theme.
Would you recreate these noodle lights for your next party? Share your feedback with us in the comment section below. We love hearing from you!
