Do you have kids? If you do, I'm sure you've noticed how they would rather watch TV all day and tinker with their gadgets. It's not really a good habit to develop. So if you're a mom, like me, who wants to boost their creativity and motor skills, I've rounded up some woodworking projects for kids. They're easy, fun, and will give them something else to do on their free time.
Easy Woodworking Projects for Kids to Make
1. Homemade Catapult

Dowels, rubber bands, a plastic cup, some small balls and you've got yourself a DIY catapult. The process and aftermath will be awesome!
2. DIY Nail String Art

I won't really recommend your kid to do the hammering but you can have him help out with the strings. Tutorial here.
3. DIY Board Game Mounted Storage

No nails required, just some wood panels and gorilla glue. See how you can make it here.
