    Although very attractive and beautiful, none of these DIY projects will increase the value of your home like the title states. It may make your home more appealing to buyers, but this will not increase the asking price of your home. Just like, putting in a fireplace, new bathtub, or pool will not increase your value. Homes are sold by the amount of square feet the house and yard are and, most importantly location. The three rules of real-estate are 1 – location, 2 – location, and 3 – location.
