Snap the cable puller onto the cable.
2. Hook the come along onto the track
Hook the tool onto the track. Do this on the side of the door that has more tension, or the part that is up high.
3. Crank the cable down
Crank the cable down enough until you have some slack in the bottom.
4. Reinstall the loose cable
Take the cable that's off and reinstall it onto the groove, line it back up.
In case the cable still falls out of the groove, get a vice grip and clamp it onto the cable to give it extra weight and hold it in place.
5. Release the tension in your come along
Release the tension and your door should be straight again.
