The secret? A physics process called refraction – the bending of light. This makes the image behind the glass look like it's been reversed.

What you'll need for this simple magic trick:
- Clear drinking glass
- Water
- White piece of paper
- Black marker
How to do this simple magic trick:
Step 1: Write any word on a piece of paper and place it behind your glass.
Step 2: Slowly add water to your glass.
Step 3: Watch as the word reverses right before your eyes!
It's as easy as that! When you pour water into the glass, the image behind it does a total reversal.
