How To Make Nutella Brownies
- 400gr Nutella
- Sugar 150 gram
- Butter 100 gram
- 2 eggs
- 60 grams flour
- Cocoa powder 15 grams
- Vanilla extract
- 1 pinch of baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and line a 9×13 inch baking dish in the middle with parchment paper.
In a bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Then set aside.
In another bowl, beat the eggs, butter, and brown sugar with an electric mixer.
Next, mix in vanilla extract and Nutella spread. Continue beating the mixture together for about 2 minutes until smooth.
Add the eggs and beat them altogether.
Mix the dry ingredients that you combined earlier in step 1.
Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and use a spatula to spread it evenly. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the edges appear crispy. Insert a toothpick into the center to check if it comes out with moist crumbs. When done, cool in the pan for about 2 hours. Unmould the homemade brownies and cut into squares. For best results, chill completely before slicing and serving.
And there you have it! Your very own and delicious Nutella Brownies.
You can store these mouthwatering brownies in an airtight container at room temperature for several days. If you want to them for a week, you can keep them in the fridge, or wrap the brownies tightly in the freezer for a few months. Great for dessert, giveaways, food gifts, and sweet treats. Enjoy!
