- Lemon – Contains many substances such as citric acid, calcium, magnesium, vitamin C, bioflavonoids, pectin, and limonene – these promote immunity and fight infection, is an antiviral and anti-inflammatory, aids in digestion, and effective against human respiratory syncytial virus.

- Fresh lemon
- Fresh ginger
- Raw honey
Slice lemon into quarters and put into the jar.
Grate ginger, and add to lemon. The amount is up to you. If you love ginger, keep adding!
Stir. While stirring, pour the honey.
