Instructions for Ombre Glitter Lip Gloss | Makeup tutorials
Step 1: Apply Foundation to Your Lips
Take your foundation cover and apply a small amount to your lip brush. Start painting your lip skin tone. We want our glittery lips to sparkle all night long, this waterproof base will help us achieve this.

Step 2: Outline Lips with Lip Liner
Pinkify your pout! Line your lips with your lip liner, paying attention to symmetry and shape. I tend to line my lips on the outside of my lip line, giving my lips a slightly fuller look. If that isn’t your style, go ahead and trace over your natural lip line.

Step 3: Cover All of Lips with Lip Liner
Color inside the lines. Our lip liner now becomes our lipstick, use it to cover up all the base foundation we applied in step one. Just can't stay inside the lines? I won't judge. Just take some more foundation on your lip brush to erase the pink liner.

Step 4: Mix Waterproof Gel and Base Glitter Together
Here comes the fun part – glitter time! Glitter tends to flake off when used straight out of the container. Here is a great makeup tip – to ensure a long-lasting look, we will be mixing the glitter with our waterproof gel. A little goes a long way, so use a drop of both glitter and gel to start.

Step 5: Apply the First Coat of Glitter
Clean off your lip brush, and load it up with the glitter paste. Cover your lips with the glitter. Start out by covering the edge of your lips and working your way to the center. We used a white glitter for this step, it really complements the fuchsia pink liner – but feel free to use any color you like!

Step 6: Mix the Accent Glitter with the Waterporoof Gel
Clear your brush once again and repeat step four, but with your colored glitter this time. We used a pink glitter because pink is awesome, but I'm guessing you already knew that. Cover the other half of your lips using the same technique in step five.

Now your lips are shining bright like a diamond! Pair your pout with a simple cat eye and you are good to go, girl.
