Project 3 – Sew a Kate Middleton Dress
It's the moment you've all been waiting for! How to make a dress from a pattern. In this lesson you will use all the skills you just learned together to create a dress from a pattern. Head over to the store and find a simple dress pattern that you like. The instructions are very similar for any and all garments. The pattern we're using here is styled after a simple summer dress that The Duchess of Cambridge herself, Kate Middleton, could wear! A cotton summer dress with a princess bodice and an A line skirt.
Keep in mind, there are patterns for all levels of sewing. If you're a beginner, make sure to use a beginner pattern.
