1. No Purchase Necessary
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THE DIY PROJECTS $1,000 MILWAUKEE TOOL PRIZE PACKAGE GIVEAWAY (the “Promotion”). A purchase or payment will not increase your chances of winning. Void in Puerto Rico and all U.S. territories and possessions, and where prohibited or restricted by law.
2. Eligibility
The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, and agents of Rival Media Group LLC (“Sponsor”) and its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and members of the immediate families (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses) and households of each are not eligible to participate. The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
3. Promotion Period
The Promotion begins at March 30, 2026 at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Time (ET) and ends at May 10, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM Eastern Time (ET) (the “Promotion Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Promotion Period will not be eligible. Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeper for this Promotion.
4. How to Enter
Four (4) methods of entry are available during the Promotion Period, as described below. There is no limit on the total number of entries an eligible entrant may accumulate across all methods, except as specified for individual methods. Entries generated through automated, robotic, programmatic, or other non-human means are void. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify entries it determines, in its sole discretion, to result from fraudulent or illegitimate activity.
4.1 Method 1 — Email Newsletter Opt-In (Gateway Entry and Alternate Method of Entry — AMOE)
During the Promotion Period, visit the contest page at diyprojects.com/giveaway and subscribe to the DIY Projects email newsletter by providing your first name and a valid email address. Upon successful subscription and email verification, you will receive 200 entries. Limit: one (1) subscription per person and per email address. Completion of Method 1 is required before any other entry method becomes available. This is also the free Alternate Method of Entry and is available to all eligible entrants regardless of any purchase. Entrants who make a qualifying purchase and have not yet subscribed to the DIY Projects newsletter are encouraged to complete Method 1 on the contest page to receive their additional 200 entries. Purchase entries and newsletter opt-in entries are credited independently.
4.2 Method 2 — Share Contest Page
During the Promotion Period, use the share function within the contest widget on the contest page at diyprojects.com/giveaway to share the Promotion. Upon completing the share action through the widget, you will receive 50 entries. Limit: one (1) share action per person. Shares made outside the contest widget do not qualify for entry credit.
4.3 Method 3 — Optional Store Purchase
During the Promotion Period, make a qualifying purchase at shop.diyprojects.com. Any qualifying purchase automatically activates the American Craft Association membership (see Method 4 below) at no additional cost, which doubles all purchase entries earned.
Purchase Entry Rate: You will receive two (2) entries for every one dollar ($1.00) spent, rounded down to the nearest whole dollar, based on the total purchase amount excluding taxes, shipping, and fees. The doubled entry rate reflects the American Craft Association membership, which is automatically activated upon any qualifying store purchase.
The maximum number of entries earned through store purchases is 500 entries. Multiple purchases are permitted and accumulate toward the 500-entry method cap. Entries will be credited within twenty-four (24) hours of purchase confirmation. Proof of purchase may be required.

4.4 Method 4 — American Craft Association Membership
During the Promotion Period, activate the American Craft Association membership (the “Membership”), which is delivered as a Boomerang digital wallet pass compatible with Apple Wallet and Google Wallet. The Membership doubles all purchase entries earned through Method 3. The Membership does not generate standalone flat entry credits independent of a qualifying store purchase.
The Membership is available through two (2) activation paths:
Path A — Free with Any Qualifying Purchase: Make any qualifying store purchase at shop.diyprojects.com during the Promotion Period. No minimum purchase amount applies. Upon checkout confirmation, you will receive a Membership activation link. Follow the link to install the American Craft Association membership pass to your Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. The Membership activated under this path is provided at no additional charge for ninety (90) days and is auto-renewable at the then-current rate unless cancelled before the renewal date. Membership activation will be confirmed within twenty-four (24) hours of purchase verification. Purchase entries are credited at the doubled member rate upon confirmed Membership activation.
Path B — Direct Signup: Visit the Membership signup page linked on the contest page at diyprojects.com/giveaway and subscribe directly for $1.79 for ninety (90) days. No store purchase is required under this path. Upon payment confirmation, follow the instructions to install the American Craft Association membership pass to your Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. The doubled entry rate on any subsequent qualifying store purchases during the Promotion Period will be applied upon confirmed Membership activation.
Membership Terms: The Membership is an auto-renewable subscription. After the initial ninety (90)-day term, the Membership will automatically renew at the then-current rate unless cancelled before the renewal date. Renewal terms will be displayed at the point of activation. To cancel, follow the cancellation instructions provided at activation or contact contest@diyprojects.com. The Membership and its associated benefits are owned and operated by Boomerang. Rival Media Group LLC is not responsible for Membership billing, renewal, or cancellation disputes arising from the Boomerang platform.
This entry method is optional. No entrant is required to activate the Membership to enter or win the Promotion. The email newsletter opt-in (Method 1) remains the unconditionally free Alternate Method of Entry. All consumer-facing materials presenting this entry method will disclose the 90-day term and auto-renewal terms adjacent to the relevant call to action. Materials presenting Path B will additionally disclose the $1.79 price.

There is no hard cap on total entries per person beyond the 500 purchase entry cap. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received from all entrants during the Promotion Period.
4.7 General Entry Conditions

All entries must be submitted during the Promotion Period.

Entries must be made by the entrant only. Entries made by any other individual or any entity on behalf of the entrant are void.

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, misdirected, or undelivered entries.

Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures of any kind, including failures of email delivery, internet connectivity, platform availability, or entry calculation.

All entry methods are subject to verification. Sponsor reserves the right to request proof of eligibility from any entrant at any time.

Entries associated with email addresses found to be fraudulent, undeliverable, or obtained through automated means will be voided.

Sponsor’s records shall govern in the event of any discrepancy between platform-reported entry counts and Sponsor’s records.

Entrants are not required to remain active email subscribers to retain entries already earned. Unsubscribing from the newsletter does not void entries already credited.
5. Prize
One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive a Milwaukee Tool Prize Package with an approximate retail value of $1,000.00. The prize package consists of Milwaukee Tool products selected at Sponsor’s sole discretion and sourced via Amazon.com at time of fulfillment. Specific product models and configurations may vary from any images shown in promotional materials. Prize package contents will be described in the winner notification. No cash equivalent or prize substitution is available, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
Prize is awarded as-is with no warranty, express or implied. All federal, state, and local taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winner may be required to provide a Form W-9 or equivalent documentation before the prize is fulfilled.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
One (1) potential winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The drawing will be conducted on or about May 11, 2026 by Rival Media Group LLC. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
The potential winner will be notified by email at the address associated with their entry within five (5) business days of the drawing. Rival Media Group LLC is not responsible for undeliverable notifications. If a potential winner cannot be reached within ten (10) business days of the first notification attempt, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.
The potential winner may be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and, where lawful, Publicity Release within ten (10) business days of notification. Failure to return required documents within the specified time may result in forfeiture of the prize.
7. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion at any time for any reason, including if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.

Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil laws.
8. Limitation of Liability
By entering, entrants release and hold harmless Rival Media Group LLC and its respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising in connection with this Promotion or any prize won, including the American Craft Association Membership and any claims arising from Boomerang platform billing or renewal practices.
9. Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of any prize constitutes winner’s consent for Rival Media Group LLC to use winner’s name, city and state of residence, likeness, photograph, and statements about the Promotion for advertising and promotional purposes in any medium without additional compensation.
10. Privacy
Personal information collected in connection with this Promotion will be used for purposes of administering the Promotion and, where consent is given, for email marketing purposes by Rival Media Group LLC. Information will be treated in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at diyprojects.com/privacy-policy. Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time without affecting the validity of entries already earned.
11. Disputes
Except where prohibited, as a condition of participating in this Promotion, entrant agrees that any and all disputes and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion, or any prize awarded, shall be resolved individually without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by final and binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association and held in Nevada. The laws of the State of Nevada shall govern all disputes.
12. Winner’s List
For the name of the winner, available after on or about May 11, 2026, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Rival Media Group LLC, 1889 E Maule Ave, Ste I, Las Vegas, NV 89119, Attention: Milwaukee Tool Giveaway Winner. Requests must be received within thirty (30) days of the close of the Promotion Period.
